Im scared to stick my fingers down my throat and be sick but I really want to lose weight fast?

If you are gonna tell me Ill die and I should do it thehealthy way then dont bother commenting because Im not going to listen I dont care how hard its going to be just give me ideas on how to lose weight mega fast!! 🙂

    Making yourself throw up is definitely not a good idea. It’s bad for your body; your digestive tract, and your teeth. The acid from your stomach will eventually rot your back teeth out. Try counting calories instead. Use the link below to plug in your height and weight and your target weight, and it’ll guide you daily to do it safely. Try some cardio too – start out with a walk/jog program if you’re not active right now, and then progress to running if you can. All the “lose weight quick” diets usually don’t work because you’re either starving yourself, or not giving your body the nutrition it needs.

    If you want to lose weight fast try EXERCISING and burn up more calories than you are consuming.
    Sticking your fingers down your throat still wont make you lose weight fast all you will succeed in doing is making yourself ill and rotting your teeth so that they fall out because of the acid that you are bringing back up.

    Bulimia will NOT let you lose weight fast. It is essentially a permanent lifestyle (unless someone intervenes on your behalf) and it takes a long time, and a good bit of sickness to lose any weight at all. You didn’t gain the weight fast; you can’t lose it fast.

    No one in their right mind is going to tell you that bulimia is the way to lose weight. The fastest way to lose weight is to start eating high protein, low carb meals and to exercise.

    If there was a simple, get skinny and stay skinny, “fast method” that really worked, you wouldn’t see fat people. If you could buy skinny off the shelf and it really kept you skinny, every woman with a weight problem would be on it.

    It took you a life time to get to the weight you’re at, and it’ll take time to lose the weight. If you eat healthy foods and start walking, you’ll be shocked at how fast you lose the weight and how good you’ll feel at the same time. Throwing up every time you eat literally tears up your digestive system. You have no energy from no food. You begin to smell like throw up, and people will whisper and tell other people. Pointing and laughing behind your back. You also look HORRIBLE because your body starts to shut down from no nutrients. Look at some of the ‘models’ who are deathly skinny. They look disgusting, frail, and older than they actually are.

    I guess bulimia is one way of losing weight. But it’ll cost you your youthful look, your natural curves, your self esteem, your healthy glow, and potentially your life. Looking skinny in a coffin is about all bulimia is good for. DON’T do it.

    Please don’t stick your fingers down your throat. If I were you I would cut out any unhealthy things in your diet i.e. chocolate and crisps and eat three meals a day and snack on fruit. In a few days you will feel less bloated and look slimmer. You could try Slim Fast in which you have a ‘shake’ in the morning and a ‘shake’ for lunch and a dinner that is no more than 600 calories plus two snacks. That will help kickstart your weight loss. Please don’t stick your fingers down your throat though, it will just make you ill.

    I’ve tried sticking my fingers down my throat, and I can’t make myself throw up, so if you can do it kudos more power to you. I’ve started losing weight by eating less but healthier. For breakfast I try to eat an apple, or if I really feel hungry I boil a piece of chicken(boiling chicken is good because you can throw seasonings in there and make it taste good. I use honey, sea salt, and alittle bit of pepper) and egg whites. Grilled is better for you then crispy. Lunch I usually eat a granola bar or I don’t eat. For dinner I eat small portions of whatever I decide to cook (this is where things get kinda hazy for rules). I’ve cut out soda COMPLETELY so it’s only water and juice. That’s what I do and I’m slowly but surely losing weight. If you can stick your finger down your throat and make yourself throw up then go for it! I’m sure you’ll lose weight faster(:
