How can I lose weight without exercise equipment?

I am over weight, and i want to lose a lot of weight. Every day i do 100 jumping jacks, 20 push ups, and i walk for an hour everyday, but i lose like one pound a week, what am i doing wrong? Am i not drinking enough water or something?

    I was going thru the same situation and my Dr said to add 45 minutes of high cardio excersize in everyday and drink LOADS of water! Turning to water alone I have noticed a big difference. Good luck!

    Well since you are just walking why not walk for 90 minutes? And how about not just jumping jacks, how about you buy a jump rope and do that for 30 minutes. There you have 2 hours of cardio and if you do that 5-6 days a week you will definitely lose weight a lot faster than you are now!

    Food. You are doing great with your exercise, well done. Just remove some of the food from each meal. Eat a bit less, replace snacks with fruit and the weight will go

    Anyway diet is 80% of it and exercise only a small part. If you exercise and dont diet you wont lose but if you diet and dont exercise you will.

    Try to have about 1200-1500 calories a day.

    Also invest in some handweights,they are fairly cheap. I got mine for under $15 australian.

    The best equipment you can have is the weights, a fit ball (also quite cheap) and a resistance band.

    You can buy the ball and band together with a DVD, google it. You will see results for sure.

They have a free mini course at the link below that explains how to eat so that you lose weight without having to exercise, but if you did exercise you will lose even faster. If you are on the wrong diet, all the exercise in the world will not make you lose weight.
