in tha mornings have a bowl of cereal, lunchtime have a sandwich, and when you get home, have a salad with chicken breast, or chick peas, or potato, or red meat..do this everyday with plenty of water you don’t need to do excercise, you’ll lose about a stone in 1 month =)

Don’t eat fatty food. Don’t eat meat. Drink plenty of water. Take Vitamins.
Unless you are doing tonnes of manual labour, you do not need more than 500 cals a day. People just use that ‘2000 cals per day’ nonsense as an excuse to be greedy.
Eat less, do exercise. Its the only way to stay thin and everyone knows it.

Get a mini trampoline and use it for jogging while you watch tv or listen to music. Do not drink soda, colas, pop or eat chips, crisps or sweets etc. get small plastic hand weights and use them while on the trampoline the more muscle you build the more fat you burn.

The best way to lose weight in your time frame would be to run in the morning, since the glycogen in your body is depleted. Your body can better utilize the fat as fuel. Don’t eat before you run and try not to drink anything with acid like: orange juice which may cause you to have nausea. Run for a minimum of 30 min. Sprints works best at the track if you dorm in a University. Also cut your calorie count, skip eating starch for a day, and no fast food. It just depends on how willing you can stick to a little exercise dieting..that’s basically 80% of losing weight.

The best method is healthy eating.
The best technique is excercise.
By exercise I don’t mean the Gym or anything like that. I don’t believe in the gym or buying any kind of gym equipment.
Walk to college if you can or get off the bus a stop before the one you want.
Walk up the stairs, don’t use the lift, if it is too far to walkup the stairs all the way, walk halfway and then get the lift the remainder of the way but walk all the way down the stairs.
When you are doing any housework or ironing, don’t treat it as a chore. treat it as something that will help you lose weight quicker.
There are a lot of things you can do that is part of your everyday life that will not seem like exercising.

Eat low fat food, climb the stairs at college, travel by bike or walk. Put weights in your bag to increase the intensity of your excersise. Drink plenty of water
