How can I lose weight quickly to join the the Navy?

I’m wanting to join the Navy. I know there is a weight limit and I’m over it. I’m gonna need to lose about 70 to 80 lbs. I know there is no quick solution and it’s gonna be hard. Any advice would be helpful.

    Watch what you eat and just keep moving (lots of cardio). Spinning class helped my friend drop almost 40lbs in 8 weeks. If you can stand riding a bike with a bunch of middle aged women for an hour a day, look into it. Also try bodybuilding.com for some good info on wieght lose.
