How can i lose weight quickly!? please help me (: ?

okay so im not over weight all nothing but i think and feel i am, like i just want to lose a little round my waist and be a bit lighter any ideas to help me it would really help me thank you x

    When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

Stop drinking regular drinks if you do like Coke and Pepsi and drink water, unless you have to have it and then drink Diet drinks. Diet drinks without aspartame are better for you though. I’m not sure where you are from but here we have Diet Cheerwine and Diet Rite. Basically no sugary drinks! Cut out junk foods and exercise! Eat more fruits because they are diuretics and will get rid of any fluid weight. If you must drink milk, drink skim milk, otherwise just take a calcium supplement. Cutting out all carbs will make you lose weight but you will gain it right back once you eat some again and there are “good” carbs that your body needs. Also, try consuming 27 grams of protein daily with exercise.

    I don’t advise losing it too fast however I’ve found the best diet to lose weight is, low saturated fat, low carb(and eat them in the day not at night),no sugar and even limit how much fruit you have but make sure you eat plenty of veg to balances this out. And eat a good amount of protein but choose lean meat such as chicken and fish and stay away from red meat. When you feel you have lost enough stay on a similar diet however have treats and eat more fruit. Carbs and cane sugar and saturated fat are the things to really cut down on. If you eat carbs let it be wholegrain. Wholegrain rice is ok and potato, its better to have potato thats not mashed or cut up as chips as they take longer to digest. Also covering your potato with sunflower oil or olive oil is good to slow down the digestion process so you’re fuller for longer I would also cut out bread. If you cut out carbs completely as long as your on a low saturated diet you will notice your weight drop quickly but I wouldn’t advise this as its best to eat a balanced diet. I dont have milk either.

    Basically you want to eat lots of fish(chicken is ok but not as good as fish), lots of veg, nuts and seeds, keep your carbs low and eat wholegrain, cut out sugar and fruit juice and limit your fruit intake to 2 pieces a day. Cut out milk for the time being and have an alternative such as soy. If your worried about calcium which yes calcium is in milk but it is in a ratio to magnesium 10.1, we should have calcium to magnesium in a ratio of 2.1 so milk can actually cause magnesium deficiency. Magnesium is a really important for bodily functions and is a well known antioxidant.
