How can i lose weight fast and healthily? im a teenager?

Hi… im 15 years old and i weigh 180-185 pounds and 5’7 in height… I am really dying to lose weight… Please give me helpful tips on my diet and…. Pls dont give answers like use acai berry or stuff like that… also please tell me what workout should i do… i plan on jogging everyday… and also i want to lose fat in my chest area because it makes me shy… please help me!

    It is a possibility to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight quickly then you will without doubt put it all back on again just as quickly.
