How can i get in shape and lose some fat for a more flat stomach?

I’m 13 and i want to have lose the fat off of my stomach and be in shape. I’m 5′ and 95 pounds.

    Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from or at least cut down on sugars and starches. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Drink green tea will help increase metabolism. Walk at least 30 minutes a day. Count your calories, makes huge difference, average person should eat 1500-1900 calories daily to lose 1-2 pounds a week without excercising.
