I’m looking to lose some stomach fat, but not my boobs.?
I would like to lose as much stomach fat as possible, while losing as little of my boobs as possible. Can anyone help me with good eating habits, work-outs, ect.?

The main point is to lose the weight slooowly (with diet and exercise). It’s down to your genetics how big your boobs are depending on how slim you are. But by losing the weight slowly–like a pound at the most every two weeks–you’ll be able to judge what’s going on and if you’re getting too thin and losing too much upstairs.
As for diet and exercise, just common sense. Cut out junk food and eat smaller portions spaced out through the day. Run and/or workout with weights every other day. But remember, you don’t want to burn the weight too fast. Good luck!
