What’s the easiest way I can lose some weight and get back in shape?
I have a lung condition and it’s really made me weak and gain 20 pounds. I don’t excerise at all and don’t watch what I eat. I really need to start out small and work my way up. Anyone know of a way I can get healthy again without pushing myself to hard. I can’t afford a personal trainer or a gym membership. Thanks in advance!

Start small. Baby steps. Consistent.
Go for a walk. Listen to the birds, feel the breeze, clear your mind.
Do it again the next day.
Do it again the next day.
Each day go a little farther or a little longer.
You will slowly gain strength and tone. As you gain strength and energy you can add additional exercises.
Start looking at what you eat. Try to change one thing a week so that you build better habits. There are many web sites that can help. I like myfitnesspal.com as there is a food tracking portion and a supportive board. I am sure there are others. Good luck, you can do it.

Since you have a lung condition i would be careful starting out excersing.
First i would start watching what i’m eating. keep a food journal of the food you normally intake, record the fat content and calories. then find the amount of calories you SHOULD be getting in a day and try to cut back.
i think cutting back on the amount of fat you intake in a day and how many calories you get should help.
im not going to give you advice about working out because i dont know your lung condition and wouldnt want anything to go wrong while you were working out

Easy, learn to love veggies and healthy dishes. Scour the Internet for veggie dishes that might appeal to you. Try veggies you would have never thought of.
Apsaragus, broccoli, cauliflour, etc. There are some AWESOME dishes out there.
Squash is sooooo yummy!
You need to expand your horizens and look into vegetables in a way you never thought of.
The easiest way to always lose weight is to learn how to cook, and to familiarize yourself with the basics in the kitchen. Try new things! Hate artichokes? Look up recipes that incorporate artichokes into things you might like … like hamburgers, etc. Have a hamburger with veggies tied in.
You need to start small, starting small means experimenting with veggies and healthy stuff.
If you hate peas, you might like them cooked with a cream of mushroom soup. If you hate carrots, you might like them glazed with a broth. If you think you hate pears, you might like the red ones, or other varieties (my daughter hates pears, but could live on Red Pears).
Likewise, if you don’t care for apples… there are so many varieties! I hate Granny Smith green apples, but I LOVE Gala Apples for their their sweet taste and very small skin!
Learn and look around you for fruits, and veggies, and try them!
Go into your local grocery store, and just have a field day in buying one of something you would have never considered, Grab a fruit to try out, grab a lettuce, and more. Have fun, just explore your local grocer
It amazes me, all the veggie.
And, learn to tie recipes into something out of the ordinary, which will require cooking skills, that are minimal!
Educate yourself about all the veggies and fruits out there, and try some home cooking recipies to tie in never thought of veggies, etc.
That is what is going to keep you happy in health for the most part. Veggies go a long way, and so are underrated!
