Whats the fastest and easiest way to lose weight?

I’m sure people ask this ALL THE TIME! I’m not obsessed with my weight, I just feel the need to lose a few extra pounds to make myself feel better. I really want to lose this weight fast. Any suggestions? Im pretty much up for anything, just nothing TOO drastic or dangerous. Thank you 🙂

    You need something you can stick you and you also need to evaluate why you REALLY want to loose weight, keep aksing why so you get deeper into it .
    The best thing to do is to just watch what you eat, know much fat, calories etc are in each item and have an estmated goal of how much you should eat each day and then after you have got into a bit of routine of your eating then decide to do some light exercise. This can be just to go for a walk everyday.

    I highly reccomend you read “YOU: On a Diet” book as well as the “YOU: On a Diet Workout” DVD….i have both of these and found it really informative with the book and also really quick, simple and effective with the workout 😉

    1-Eat 3 meals a day. (NO snacks)
    2-Do not eat chips, fast food, or junk food (chocolate, candy)
    3-Do not drink pop.
    4-Jog, yes jog 30 minutes a day. If you can only jog for 45 seconds, jog for 45 seconds, and then walk until your heart catches up. As soon as you feel comfortable, you are cheating yourself-Start Jogging again!

    If you do these 4 things, any human on the planet can lose weight. Do not believe the excuses that you have used on yourself. You are lying to yourself. Stick to those 4 rules and you will lose weight.
