How a i supposed to help my PARENTS lose weight?

Ok basically i’m 15 years old and i cook all the week day evening meals as my parents work.

My parents have decided they want to lose 3 stone! Because they are over weight, but my problem is i don’t know what foods to cook for them!

Any suggestions?

    You can still cook the same style of food, just change what ingredients you use and the method.

    substitute EVOO for veg/corn oil
    Eliminate fried foods
    chicken breast / turkey meat
    less carbs (rice/pasta)
    Use lots of greens and vegetable mixes.
    Little to no alcohol consumption in general

    Healthy Food Could Be For the Meat Section:

    –Chicken (Without the Batter or skin)
    –Grilled Chicken is always great


    –Strawberries (without Sugar)


    Any Veggies are good for you..

    Things to most likely try and stay away from:

    –Anything Greasy
    –Fast Food
    –French Fries
    –Not as much Bread
    –Most Sugary things
