Will swimming 4 days a week help me loose 10 pounds?? PLEASE ANSWER ASAP!!?
I’m a swimmer and a teenage girl. I want to loose about 8 pounds? Around that, because i haven’t been to swimming for about 2 half months due to personal reasons and I’m going back. Because of that I have put-on some extra weight (I know it’s healthy to pit on weight when you are a teen but I’m adding to it) I want to loose it quickly healthily and safely. I have been back 3 days now and we swim about 2-2 and half maybe 3 miles a day (depends on the day) for 3-4 days a week. Each practice is 2 hours long. How much weight will I loose and how fast? And any other tips on how to loose weight safely??

swimming is great it depends in how many calories you ingest and the output it depends on your methabolism swimming is a complete form of exercise you also receive a fantastic hydromassage how fast you will lose depends if youare steady but most of all on your thyroid gland that controlls the burning process of calories
