you cant lose water without drinking water, just like you cant lose fat without eating fat. start drinking lots of water. sit in a steam room.

The best and quickest way to lose water weight is to go to the drugstore and buy over the counter diuretic pills. I don’t know about losing 10 lbs though – probably only 2-5 lbs of water weight.

water pills…i think is what they are called. pills you should be able to get at gnc, alot of celebrities seem to use it to lose like 5 pounds of water weight in matter of couple hours, makes you go pee like crazy. not sure thats the correct name, so you might have to look up.

Try taking water pills such as diurex from the drug store or walmart. It helps reduce excess body water. Or ask your doctor for a Rx

anyways, you didn’t ask this question to hear that..so i’ll tell you what works ….
1. saunas
2. drink lots and lots of water (trust me sounds weird, but you hold onto the water when you don’t drink enough of it)
3. work up a sweat
4. eat lots and lots of greens
