What is the fastest way to loose weight and belly fat?
I am about 164 centimeters tall and weight 49 kilograms. I am trying to get in shape for the summer. My goal is to get really skinny (I DON’T CARE if it is not healthy!)
Please give me tips on how to loose weight and burn belly fat! And also how to motivate myself about it!

I think you are already ‘skinny’ enough, so please don’t be too hard on yourself. Still, the best way to lose weight is to eat less sweet and fat foods and exercise more. Do sit-ups if you need to lose belly fat.
