How do i loose weight fast in the thighs and belly, How?

I’m a very young girl who is still in puberty, and i need to loose weight fast though the problem is i dont know how. Im still a pre-teen and im around the 100’s, so any ideas?

    First off, it is spelt ‘lose’

    Now, you cannot spot burn. You can not target one body part and have any hope for success. Fitness is a total body lifestyle, just keep exercising. Also, losing weight fast is bad, you should lose a MAXIMUM of 3 lbs a week. Eat right, eat often (6-8 meals a day), drink water, and exercise.

    spot-reduction is a myth you cannot decrease the amount of fat in an area simply by focusing a workout on it. In order to lose fat anywhere on your body, you need too follow a program with both cardiovascular training and weight training. If you dont necessarily want to ton eyour body and only lose fat then focus more on the cardio.
