I find that all the cook books geared to help people with Diabetes are excellent for loosing weight, and keeping it off. They are low sugar, low carbohydrate and high on fiber, green veggies and lean meats.

Hi. I have had issues such as you in finding good recipes to try to lose weight and have finally found one that could do the trick if you follow its recommendations. After trying out some these recipes in this book for the Iast 6 weeks, I have lost 20lbs and realize that good healthy foods are right under my nose 🙂 if I knew where to look. Lastly, you don’t have to get on some diet, counting calories, low carb or low fat foods either. So, if you are interested in this great book “Healthy Urban Kitchen,” check it out. Hope this helps
