I think they and many others are all a waste of time. One will tell you not to eat something & another will tell you its fine to eat it…..so how can you take notice of any of them. Even the same one will tell you something one year and totally the opposite the next…….. they have to or there would be no need to rejoin……well thats my opinion anyway

no difference, they both charge you!
they both offer support and advice in losing weight. If you had to chose between them, i’d just go for the cheapest. Or better still, get the support you need from a friend.
when it comes down to it, you need to eat sensibly and exercise. i personally wouldnt waste my money.

I have am a newly wed and have gained 15 pounds since being married. I have tried several diets and all fail. I have found that my body doesnt react the same as others and for that reason I customized what worked best for me. For example, on the slim fast diet I actually gained weight (and followed it strictly). For some reason when I eat less I gain more weight. I did find however, that I can eat as much as I want as long as I eat nutritious foods and exercise. I now eat about 1500 calories a day and exercise 30 mins every evening. I try not to eat past 6 o’clock at night.
My point is .. Do not waste your money on a diet that is mostly likely going to result in a “yoyo diet”. Instead find out what works best for you. Research the foods you like most, find out different ways to cook them. Eat smaller portions and exercise more. Cutting out junk food, and soda AND drinking lots of water and exercising will guarantee results that actually last!!!
Feel free to email me and I will help you establish menu ideas and a workout routine.

Weight Watchers is fine if you haven’t go a big appetite, Slimming World is better is you have, I have lost 4 stones with Slimming World since February and I love my food, you can do vegetarian days too if you like, you can have alcohol, sweet and chocolate as long as you stay within your sins each day.
