Does anyone have good tips on losing weight fast?

I’ve always had a problem with weight and i really need to lost at 30 pounds before the new year because i have to have a surgery and the doctor won’t do it until i’m in shape. I need any tips that you can give me.

    Drink green tea or any kind of Chinese tea to digest food after or during a meal. Stick with leafy greens and stay away from junk food. Do something like yoga or tai chi for a not so vigorous exercise.

    Well it depends on what kind of surgery you’re getting. I personally suggest getting on an eating plan that will support natural weight loss as well as an exercise schedule that will help boost that (again depending on what your surgery is).

    porks and chicken meat

    in pork just eat the meat but not the fat
    in chicken dont eat the skin only the meat
    because chicken’s skin contains mostly of
    its fats…so it will priduce carbohydrates
    and fats….that will destroy ur diet

    and also dont eat junk foods it contains saturated fats
    but if you like junkfoods find the nutritious one that contains
    unsaturated fat…

    thats all i think but for more infos just ask the doctor
    if what i am telling now is correct…

    because i am not still a professional health care
    provider i still study…

    and all of these infos are my learnings from before
    cause my mother and father do it in able to lose weight….

    Exercise..make a chart and run around your house everyday in it or on the outside while drinking water…

    -replace coke with water or juice
    -replace junk food with fruits and veggies
    -use fresh instead of frozen or canned
    -eat 1800-2000 calories a day or LESS
    -try to get some of your friends to help
    -its hard doing it on your own

    -exercise by doing something fun like dancing or taking a bike ride

    -during tv commercials, do 10 jumping jacks..just 10 each break and
    you can loose alot!

    -DIETS will not help you loose weight..they will just maintain the weight..they are half of the “Loose Weight Plan”
    You have to exercise for the other half..so every time you eat..wait 30 minutes then run or exercise!

    -make sure you stick to this plan and you can loose alot of weight in a few months or weeks

    -DONT over exercise! take it easy and get used to it the first few weeks..then push your self to do more..

    -DO NOT stop eating for good..if you think that not eating will help you loose weight its not..it makes u sick and dizzy..stick with good food! 🙂

    -Eat superfood that are good 4 u like Berries! Blueberries strawberries rasberries are GREAT for you
    -Also Broccoli and Celery are great 4 u 2! these give you energy and nutrition
