zero dont take them buy some quality protein and do it the right way with exercise and a proper diet.

Don’t take any pills period….I don’t take any type of pills at all, not even advil and such. I have a proper diet, and I exercise frequently. I’ve got an 8 pack, weight 220lbs and I cannot remember the last time I was sick or had any type of headache.
Then again I smoke weed everyday.
