I need to lose some fat some good diet/excersize advice?

I need some help losing some body weight, I’ve finally just decided that I want to lose the weight-I’ve tried in the past and failed. I am overweight for my height and I need to lose some stuff in my gut, right under my bust and my thighs. I’m not really interested much in muscle at this time, I just want to take the fat off. I’ve been doing 2 sets of 30 min on the treadclimber, and 3 sets of 15 reps doing abbs. I need something to jump start my weight loss so I’ll keep at it. I am eating healthier, I’m drinking a ton of water, but need at least half a pop a day(im addicted) Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’m 17, 5’5 and 180 lbs, I don’t look as big as I am, but i just want to shed inches and get healthier! 🙂

    Have you tried a detox program? I hear that detox programs can help jump start and cleanse your digestive system which in turn will allow your body to focus on shedding pounds. If you don’t like pills, I think GNC sells an acai tea mix that does well for detox. Try it out. Also make sure you know the appropriate target heart rate for your age and weight. This will allow you to have a fulfilled cardio workout in the safest way.
