Weight Loss HELP? Cutting starches a good thing?
I am 300lbs and I need to loose weight fast. I don’t know how I got to this point but something needs to be changed. Do you think that if i cut starches and carbs and exercise more I will drop the weight relatively quickly?

At this point I think it would be in your best interest to see a dietician. There are some super good website about good carbs and so forth. What you really are wanting to cut is your sugar intake, processed flour intake and that sort of thing. And walking is a great way to start exercising and really drop the weight.
