What are some good back exercises to gain muscle?
I am not going to join a gym, but only have a bench-press at home.
I am a little underweight, but not anorexic, and my spine sticks out when I bend over. I would really like to gain some muscle on my back so my spine is no longer visible.

If you are near stairs go up and down those many times a day. push ups sit ups knee to elbow ummm…bridge. you could always run that helps your legs, back, and arms.
