What are some good fat loss and muscle gain foods/diet?

What simple foods should i eat? Like i’d rather have a salad as a meal than an entire recipe which i will lose motivation doing. Thanks

    High protein, low carbs, moderate fats.

    Fats are actually beneficial to weight loss specifically fat loss (as strange as that sounds).

    My cutting diets( and i also gain some muscle while doing it) is composed of 50 percent proteins, 25 and 25 carbs and fats.

    Dont forget to train thought thats also highly important to maintaining muscle mass if you are planning on cutting down.
