Okay, so I’m and obese male. I’m 15 and as stated, I’m about 5′7″ weighing in at 225. I was wondering if anyone has any good tips on loosing weight? I don’t mind if I lose the weight slowly or quickly, I just want it off. I used to be at a normal weight and I really miss those days. Haha. Anyway, one things I gotta change for sure are my eating habits. The problems is, in this house, you basically eat whatever and whenever you want and all we usually have is a bunch of unhealthy junk. So I was also wondering if anyone can name any healthy meals that I can make myself? (When my parents do cook something up, it’s not very healthy either) I’m planning to do my own grocery shopping and buy food to make my own meals. Does counting calories work? How many should I intake a day? What’s a good exercise routine that easy to follow? I have no idea where to start! Please help?
I heard that if you eat less calories and work out while doing so, you won’t lose weight. Doesn’t make much sense. Anyone know anything about this?
