I need to lose weight fast how can i lose about 10 pounds fast and easy.?
I need to lose about 10 or 15 pounds but i really dont want to do that whole veggie diet or anything like that i could probably work out but i want to keep my eating habits how they are… I dont eat unhealthy so its not like i need to change that but i will do anything else. =D P.S. NO PILLS

Drink more water and if you have heard of AcaiMaxx but haven’t wanted to order it (btw DON’T, ordering it is an absolute scam) well it is at GNC, if that doesn’t work, well I’m looking to lose 10 pounds also but haven’t gotten around to working on it yet but when I find something that works I’ll be sure and tell you =)

breakfast can be wholesome.
Lunch after 5 hours can be lean.
Supper/Dinner after 5 hours comprising of yoghurt and fruits.
Walk for 20 minutes briskly each morning.
this issure to reduce 5 pounds a week.
