How can I lose weight fast, i weigth about 140 pounds and am 5’2′ , i would like to be at least 125 pounds?

I have a friends wedding and bought a beutiful black dress, that fits good but i would like to lose some weight so it can look better.

    Please don’t try to lose weight fast its very dangerous and the weight only comes back on again. The only way is the boring way cut out all the chocolate and crisps (sorry) and do some exercise. Drinking lots of water does make you lose weight and gives you good skin too so you get a bonus. My mum drinks warm water with a little bit of lemon in the evening and she has never put on weight. Me i’ve never done it and i’m a fat git. Good luck.

    Start doing some cardio such as jogging or aerobics. Limit your food intake to 3 times a day and do not eat the 3rd meal after six o’clock. Food portions not to exceed the size of your fist. If the steak is bigger than your fist, cut it in half or something. When you get hungry or get the munchies, you can snack on all the fruits you want. I’m not sure how much time you have until the wedding but you will shed pounds in a week.

    The trick to this is very very simple! You need to lose 15 pounds fast and in most cases it is someones nutrition that prevents results. Just do a few changes to your daily routine and you will see results. First…..Reduce the amount of carbs in your diet that would hold water, ie breads, rice and pasta by 50 grams per day. Second…..Have none of these carbs after 3pm in the afternoon. Third….When you do cardio work harder not faster….up the level or work on an incline. Lastly, if it is that important to you to look your best you have to commit to 5-6 small meals per day that are balanced. For you I would suggest 20grams of protein, 20 grams of Carbs and 5 grams of fat and stay away from sugar…….

    here’s what i did and i lost 5 lbs in 4 weeks!!!

    breakfast, a bowl of special k cereal.
    snack in between breakfast and lunch. snacks consist of carrots, bananas, oranges, apples or yogurt. don’t splurge, just snack to keep you from starving til lunch.

    lunch
    whole wheat turkey sandwich and soup or salad.
    if i feel like cheating, i’ll get something but it would be small and light. like a cup of chili or a small chicken sandwich. don’t get a whole meal…

    snacks again!

    dinner
    a bowl of special k cereal and more snacks!!

    my workout
    30 min speed walking
    30 min strength train

    if you can’t get to a gym, i would advise going for walks or jogs around your neighborhood. and don’t just go around the block and back… really push yourself to go at least one mile.

    We’ll it is definately possible to lose weight fast. But if I were you I would want to live to make the wedding or not have to move the wedding to the hospital because you’re so deathly ill you can’t make it.

    If the dress fits, wear it.

    Reducing calories (have about 1200 a day) limiting carbs and sugar, cardio combined with weight training at least 5 times a week for an hour each time, don’t eat 3 hours before bed, this forces your body to burn fat instead of calories.

    Start eating healthy foods (fruits, veggies, lean meat). Stop drinking soda , including diet, and stop using sugar. Eat 3-4 small meals a day (approx 300-400 cals per meal).
    Exercise, even if it’s only walking 30 mins a day, it helps.
    I did this and lost 45+ lbs in 4 months.
