How to lose weight fast (-10lbs goal, in 2 weeks)?

I’m 14, I am 5’5″, and I weigh 122 lbs. Gross, right? My BMI is 20.6, and I want to bump it down to 18 in 2 weeks before school starts, which would require me to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks. Please, please, please, help me, I want to make a good impression on my classmates. Thank you for your time and expertise.

    actually, i don’t think you are fat.

    but if you insist to lose some weight, just cut down junk food, processed food, soda drinks. add in more veggie and fruits.

    then, do some exercise, anything from swimming, running, that will help.
