How do I reduce my belly fat?

I am riding a stationary bike but want to know what is a good way to get rid of belly fat. I have 3 kids and with every one the fat grew more and more and I eat pretty healthy. I tried crucnches and I got a wiider gut.

    there is no way to “spot reduce”. You need to exercise enough to burn more calories than you eat, you will lose fat all over the body.

    You stomach appeared wider because you then increased the muscle without getting rid of the fat.

    If you stil have weight to lose – lose it – and then tone. Although after having three kids its highly unlikely you are going to get a firm stomach again….without surgery.

    Getting rid of belly fat is mostly through nutrition. Eating mostly protein and vegetables and fruit will get rid of the belly fat. Don’t eat alot of bread, rice and pasta.

    Crunches wont help you get rid of your stoumach, in order to lose weight anywhere you have to start losing a little weight everywhere. its been proven that targeting an area for weight loss doesnt work.

    but.. its also been proven that walking/jogging/running is the most efficient exercise you can possibly do and that it really works on your stoumach! plus it works on your back and love handles (why they call them that i have no clue all i have for them is hate) so just try walking 3x a week for around 30 minutes.

    if you’re like me and you hate walking in the neighborhood, try a treadmill or the mall is great! if you do this for a few weeks, dont eat close to your bedtime, and cut drink more water you’ll definitely be happy with your stoumach!
