How to reduce belly fat in 98lb person?

I am 5’2 and 98lbs. I am trying to flatten my tummy by doing 60 crunches on an exercise ball each day. I barely have any fat on my stomach but it is about an inch under my belly button up to my ribs. Someone said that abs wont show unless that fat is gone, how do I loose that fat? My stomach isn’t flat because my muscles aren’t tight and the layer of fat is probably 1/2 inch thick. I eat healthy… alot of whole grains, fruit, no meat, no dairy, no sodas or sugar. But I get PLENTY of hemp protein and soy protein (I make myself a shake each day). I’ll report any innapropriate answers… but thanks in advance!

    Sounds like your doing a good job, I would recommend doing some cardio, Getting your heart rate up is what burns fat, and yes you won’t get a “6 pack” unless you burn that fat off. So try, jogging or for less of an impact, an elliptical machine, or if your up for the challenge take a spinning class, that will melt the fat off of you SUPER fast. Good Luck!!

    i seriously doubt…you have enough fat on your stomach to worry about at 98 pounds…i think you might be being paranoid…its probably skin…people need a little meat and skin or else how would they sit down haha…our skin would rip…seriously your so SMALL!!!!…im 5’1 and im 116 pounds and people ask me if i eat because im so small so i cant even imagine 98 pounds…another thing even at 116 my stomach is flat…and you can even see muscles…so i DOUBT YOU HAVE a ounce of fat on YOU!!!…good luck tho…it takes a long time for muscles in your stomach to show…sometimes it has nothing to do with fat…its genetic.

    There is only one way to reduce belly fat. There is a machine out there that consists of a belt attached to a metal frame. If you can find this machine and use it for 30 minutes every day, I guarantee you will loss the belly fat in six months. by the way, if you manage to find this machine I would dearly love to have one. I used a friend of mine for that period and it was the first time I had a flat tummy. I only gave it up because I moved far away from her. It’s an old fashiond machine. Good luck.
