im a slim girl.my height is 165cm and weight is 50kg.my stomach is 27″.i wanna reduce it to 23″ quickly.i dont wanna loose my weight.i want my belly 2 become flat while my weight remains the same.please help me by answering this question

Just do moderate exercise. Brisk walking, jogs.
