Unfortunately there’s no way to avoid that. Breasts are actually made from fat – that’s why you may mostly see larger women with larger breasts. It’s only natural that your breast may shrunk if you work out since the body doesn’t really “pick” where to lose fat from (depending on the exercise of course). In general, if you exercise, you will lose fat, and there’s only so much you can do to control WHERE you lose it from.

its from the type of exercise you do..focos more on core work out such as sit ups and using your own body weight to do certain things. dont lift anything for a work out. tighten you tuummy up when your working out and im sure you’ll lose the weight fast and build ton of muscle.

You can’t prevent fat loss in areas. When you start working out and burning fat, the first spots are always the areas with the most fats. As we know our breasts are adipose tissue so that is why your breasts go first when you lose weight. It’s really your body metabolism. Sorry.

Sorry, you can’t prevent it. Your body will lose fat all over and in some places more than others. In a lot of women, the boobs get smaller first.

Like the saying goes, “last to grow, first to go”

You’re going to lose that fat whether you like it or not. But if you want to keep some things bigger, build up the muscle underneath it.
