How do i lose weight fast before summer?

Okay so i want to lose weight fast before i have to wear a bikini in front of all the hot guys this summer. I mean, its not that im fat its just my stomach isnt flat and i really want it to be. Okay im 13 and 5’2 and lik 120lbs (sounds like a lot but im really muscular) so whst do i do? thanks for the help

    cut out the soda and sugar. those are the two things that bloat your belly.

    as much as i hate it, i’ve been doing it for 2 weeks and my stomach has become pretty flat.

    If you are not fat as you say, then its just a case of focussed toning. You do not go on a diet unless you are overweight.

    If you want a flat tummy – do sit ups and crunches.

    However – if you are kinda fat and just in denial about it, you need to start cutting out on the fatty foods… you know if something is bad for you. Pizza, burgers, creamy sauces, chocolate, etc etc.

    This will take a long time though and come on – its summer already!

    go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
    I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
