The summer is here and i need to find a way to lose weight fast!?

i need to find a way to lose stomach fat and leg fat fast! the summer is here and i would love to feel good in my bikini again. i want to lose weight a healthy and easy way! any ideas? thanks!

    Try Weight Watchers. It’s based on “points” that you are allowed each day. It’s really easy to do and you still get to eat regular food!! It has totally helped me, and the best part is that I still got to eat the same foods I was eating, just maybe not as much of it, and I still lost weight!

    Keep in mind that the best and most effective way to lose weight is at a study pace through a combo of diet and exercise.

    Start by calculating your base metabolic rate (how many calories you need to function), see the link below. Once you find that number try to eat about 500 calories under that, if possible, but never eat less than 1,200 calories in a day-anything less and you are eating too little. This will actually cause your metabolism to slow down and hold onto fat as a self preservation technique.

    Take into account too that if you cut 500 calories out of your diet, and then exercise off another few hundred you may fall below that number for the day, so if you burn off too much then you should compensate by eating a little more.

    Aerobic exercise is good for burning fat, but you also want to do some weight training to build muscle…the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn even when resting.

    Try eating lots of lean protein, (broiled fish, grilled chicken breast, beans, skim milk, low fat yogurt and almonds). Depending on your height and how often you workout you need an minimum of 40-45 grams of protein per day. Make sure you get enough calcium and vitamin D too-they help you burn fat.

    Throw in a few fruits, veggies and whole grains and avoid processed sugars (candy, soda, white bread, high fructose corn syrup) and you are on the track to safe healthy weight loss.

    Eat several small meals/healthy snacks throughout the day rather than 3 big meals. Eating a little something every 2 to 3 hours keeps your metabolism running and burning fat.

    Keeping a food journal helps too so that you can track your calories and see what you need to change. I keep an Excel spread sheet of what I eat each day, caloric content, protein, fat, vitamins, calcium, etc. It works like a charm.

    Drink lots of water too, it helps you burn fat and flush it from your system. Should come off at a rate of about a pound to a pound and a half a week. Losing anything over 2 pounds a week is unhealthy.

    ok well i lost 4 pounds in 2 days. And all i did was not eat anything ALL day until dinner, which was at about 6:00. Then after dinner i would not eat anything for the rest of the night. I did that today and i lost 1 pound and 1/2 today.
