How do i lose fat and love handles?
Basically i am going on holiday at the end of july and i want to lose some excess fat around my stomach and “love handles” what should i do? e.g exercises or cardio. I was also hoping someone would be able to give me a good diet plan or something like that, that could help me. Any help is appreciated. thanks
I also work in a fruit n veg shop n get a large discount… so if someone tells me what to buy and how i should cook it or something it would be helpful

well u could do exercise like sit ups and stuff that works your stomache and upper body and stuff like that..as far as diet goes…just only eat wen ur hungry, and eat small portions, and drink lots of water. try to cut out the junk food and eat lots of veggies.

cardio is better for the stomach area.
dont take the other advice to eat only when ur hungry becuz that makes u gain more weight. do many sit ups & on youtube there r some workouts for the love handles. i’ve done them & they work. hope i helped.

Ok you do it the same way you loose weight:
Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt
Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)
Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar
Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios
Some other tips:
DON’T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER AFTER 7, I SWEAR IT’S AMAZING
I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)
Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it’s good for your health
