A way to lose fat around the love handles?

Okay, so I work out around 3 to 4 times a week and I am in Volleyball, Winter League Volleyball, and I sprint in track. Most of the stuff I do is cardio and I still can’t get rid of the fat around my love handles. It’s not horrible, but it definitely makes it harder to wear some shirts.

I know tons of women and girls suffer from this and I just want to know if there is any workout or anything that will for sure help me at least tone them down.

    The most effective way to burn fat is to consume less and move more, the difficulties arise when we really aim to put that into practice! There are loads of stumbling blocks in the big wide world don’t you think?! The sole thing that clearly worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials left, it was reported in Fox News and USA Today. I lost thrity pounds, it clearly does produce success!

    ok, this isn’t an answer. But my daughter has the same problem. She is 12 and slim. She cheers, gymnastics, track and is practicing for volleyball but everything she has done to tigthen up in the lovehandle area has failed. She can’t buy larger shirts because they bag around the neck and shoulders. I will be watching and hoping that your answers can help her too.

    The best way to get rid of it is to do high reps of ab exercises. You are doing great with the cardio, so all you need is some ab toning and that should really help. 8 minute abs is a quick and efficient workout. It’s available on YouTube, link below:
