there is no solution to your question, if you want to lose weight you have to exercise and eat right, everybody has time to exercise, you have time to do all the other things you like don’t you?

From what you said you can’t.
About the only thing you can do is choose the lowest calorie dishes. You have to concentrate on having lots of vegetables, and fruit. You have to think about portion control and how many calories you are getting at each meal.
