How can i lose weight fast without starving myself or excersing until i faint?

I am trying to lose all of this Thanksgiving and Christmas weight i have gained. And i just don’t want to starve myself or excersice much. Any suggestions?
My weight is in my thighs, butt, and stomach

    eat fruits and vegetables for 2 weeks. and drink lots of water. no meat, no cheese, no bread,no soda, no sweets for 2 weeks. i swear you’ll loose at least 10 pounds. im a vegeterain and it keeps my weight down

    Be sensible. You don’t have to starve yourself, but you can’t over indulge in food either. Stay away from foods with empty calories (AKA lots of sugar), high carbs (takes longer to burn), and drink plenty of water.

    Also, try to keep in mind that losing weight takes time. You’re not going to see drastic results after a week or two. All those “quick fix, lose weight fast” diets don’t work because once you stop, you’ll put the weight back on in no time.

    Back in late May this year, I hit and all-time high of 180 lbs. At that point, I resolved to lose at least 20 pounds by the end of the year. I just hit my mark last week (158 lbs), over 6 months later. I didn’t kill myself exercising or starve myself for days or even have to make drastic changes in my daily routine. I just ate smarter, exercised moderately, and kept thinking positively.

    I really feel this method is the best kind of “diet” because it’s one that you can live with and do continuously.
