How can I lose weight fast at home?

I’m 5’11”, 16, and a male if that means anything. I wear a size 38 pants, and my shirts are large. I really want to lose weight, not to impress anyone, just so I can be thin. But I want to do it fast, any ideas? I was just gonna eat less and work out more, is that a good idea?

    You’re going to have to be patient. The weight isn’t going to just drop off overnight, just like it didn’t come on overnight. Making sure that you’re getting enough to eat is the first thing. Also, make your food choices the healthiest ones possible. Don’t eat things that are processed to death. Try to avoid high fructose corn syrup as much as you can (you don’t have to, but it’ll help you to lose weight and it’s healthier), and most importantly: exercise! Good luck! 🙂
