How can I loose 25 lbs in 2 months?

I am 5’8″ and 200 lbs. I want to weigh 175 like I did in high school and before I had a baby. I have a wedding to go to at the end of May and would like to loose the weight before then. I do not eat healthy and probably won’t be able to because I love my junk food and have never been able to quit eating it. Trust me I have tried many many times. I’m looking for some exercises that will help me drop the weight quickly.

    there isn’t anyway to lose that much HEALTHILY in two months

    or try it old fasion way
    jogging
    but trust me, no way in two months

    You should go to the gym every day for that 2 month time.If you workout the right way u can lose up to 1 pound for each day. just as long as you diet for that 2 month time frame it should work

    You make a considerable difference just by walking everyday and changing how/what you eat. Cutting back portions helps. Its just a mind over matter challenge you need to overcome if you want to reach your goal.

    Swimming and/or Water aerobics is a quick way to work out all of your muscles and trim pretty quickly.

    Once you get started you may find it easier to change your eating habits. Its such a reward to see how adding exercise and making healthy choices changes your outlook on life. You will find that you dont even like the smell or taste of junk food if you can committ to stay off of it for a couple of months. Keep in mind, cravings only last 10 minutes, distract yourself by going on a brisk walk with a bottle of water or jump rope.

    You will be amazed! You can actually look 2 sizes smaller by the end of May just by changing your habits.

    Two months for 20lbs is realistic if you CUT OUT the junk food. You can probably drop 1-2 lbs healthily if you eat right and exercise. Try jogging daily. I would suggest sprinting if you are able to. Search HIIT on google for sprint exercises. The most important thing I would say is to drop the junk food.

    You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

    Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
    whole wheat toast
    1/2 cup fruit

    Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

    Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
    1/2 cup fruit

    Snack: Protein Shake

    Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
    Side of brown rice
    Side of Broc.

    Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

    So Example :

    Monday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
    Tuesday – 1 hour lifting
    Wednesday – Rest
    Thrusday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
    Friday – 1 hour lifting
    Saturday – Rest
    Sunday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
