need to loose 18 pounds in 2 months, any ideas how i can do this in the limited time period ???

i am a 13 year old girl, i am 5.3 ft tall and weigh 119 pounds, i need to shed 18 pounds in 2 months, please don’t suggest me to buy e books or to get expensive equipment either , i would really appreciate if u could give tips and suggestions which could help me lose weight quickly. also could u tell me how to increase my metabolism level ??

    you don’t need to lose weight. if you do, you will be dangerously close to being underweight. talk to your doctor about this before proceeding. your still growing and your body needs the nutrients and vitamins that food provides. i am sure you are perfect just the way you are.

    Hey just go for jogging everyday and eat chappathis(a famous dish in northern india).you can even reduce 20 pounds in a month itself.

    At 13 you shouldn’t be worrying about being a 100lbs, that is a bit thin for your height. 108-110 is more reasonable, anything less is underweight.

To tell you the truth, I look like a walking skeleton and am trying to GAIN weight. Please, please don’t start trying to loose weight when it’s not necessary! I know, that’s what everyone has been telling you but it’s true. Research shows that the earlier you start going on diets the less successful you’ll be in the years to come (at 13 that’s not something you are worried about — after all you have all the time in the world but believe me those years will pass before you know it). Do yourself a favor and just eat healthy (fruits, veggies, no saturated fats, etc.) and walk 3-4 times a week for about an hour. You’ll be healthier and happier with yourself than if you loose the weight you want.

    don’t eat after 3 o’clock, midday, walk as much as possible and do some physical exercises.
    but before 3 o’clock in the morning and for the lunch take the fuud with more vitamines and less calories and take a lot of mineral water. I hope it helps. good luck. but you are too little to have any diet you have to grow up. be cearfull don’t dammege your health. don’t make too much. health is the most important in the life!

    Tak to your doctor/nutritionalist – 18lbs is a lot for anyone to lose in 2 months, a healthly loss is 1-2lbs a week.
