How can a person lose weight fast?

I want to find a way i could lose around 15-20 pounds a month without worrying about gaining it back. I went on the atkins diet with exercise and i would lose about 30 pounds the first month and then about 10 pounds each month after and when i lost about 60 pounds i went off the diet for only 2 months and gained it back plus. I only eat once a day so its not like im over eating. I think it has something to do with genetics as my family all have weight problems. i need a fast way to lose weight and keep it off which dont involve starving or counting calories. Any help?

Keep your carbohydrate (includes ALL SWEET Stuff, fruits and honey as well) and fat intake real low. There are NO known diseases that result from Carbohydrate deficiency, but there are diseases from Protein and Fat deficiency. But your fat intake should be real low as well, just the minimum. Substitute protein for carbs and fats.

Just eat right, and work out. If you do not want to gain it back, keep to it and don’t miss a day of usual activity. Make sure if you are eating a lot of fast food, to go with salads and many different kinds of fruits. If that does not work maybe look for a personal trainer and cook so they can help you stay on track.

    well a few things…
    1. eating only once a day DOES NOT work. trust me, i’ve tried it. if you only eat once a day you are making your metabolism worse. (you dont want to hear this i know) we’ve all heard it before. but trust me, it’s the truth.

    2. try the special k diet. i’m on it right now and it’s super easy to follow. go to http://www.specialk.com and you can personalize your meal plan. it’s easy plus the food is yummy.

    hope this helps.

In addition to the other answers (one meal a day is NOT a good way to lose weight because it messes up your metabolism), you should be looking at a different goal – body fat percentage – rather than strict weight loss. If you’re exercising, you may gain some muscle weight while losing fat weight (muscle weighs more than fat), so don’t make weight loss your only goal.
Also, “dieting” is the wrong way to lose weight and keep it off. If you don’t make permanent changes to your lifestyle, you will ALWAYS gain the weight back. That’s why the Atkins diet didn’t work for you – you went off it. You’re supposed to make that a permanent change to your eating (read his book – it’s very clear).

A couple of weeks ago I heard about phentermine from someone who lost about 25 pounds in 2 months using phentermine 37.5 mg. Her cousin lost about 50 pounds in 3 months using it. Naturally I was interested in phentermine 37.5 mg and began to do some research on it. After my research I decided to give it a try.

Phentermine works GREAT!!!!! So far in 12 days I have lost 9 pounds!!!!!

I ordered my phentermine (37.5 mg) from a website called US-Pills.com and received my order in 6 days. They do have express shipping if you want to receive your order sooner. I paid $199.00 for 90 pills, which is a 3 month supply. I know that sounds expensive, but I checked NUMEROUS web sites and this site seemed to have the best prices and also seemed to be a legit site. If you can get a prescription from your doctor it would be a lot cheaper. Unfortunately, my doctor refused to provide me a prescription because she said I was not obese and she only will prescribe phentermine to obese patients.

Since I’ve been taking my phentermine (37.5 mg) I’ve had great results. I feel like I’m melting. My closes are fitting loser and when I look at myself in the mirror after I get out of the shower I look and feel smaller.

I take 1 pill per day as soon as I get up in the morning. About 30 minutes later I go to the gym. I feel so energized and have the best workouts then I have had in a long time. I am able to work out longer and harder. I eat my breakfast when I get home from the gym. I’m not hungry all day and have no cravings for sweets or bad foods like I normally would before I started using phentermine. Because I no longer have the bad cravings I eat healthy small meals throughout the day. Since I’m not hungry anymore, I’m probably consuming about 800-1000 calories per day.

Phentermines is GREAT but, you should not use phentermine if you have or have ever had heart disease, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries), hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid gland), diabetes, glaucoma, or a history of drug abuse. As with any medication/drug it’s always best to consult your doctor.

    PLEASE NOTE:

It’s true that I’ve lost 9 pounds so far using phentermine 37.5mg and I’m sure I’ll accomplish my goal if I continue to use it. But, I also truly believe that my working out, eating healthy and drinking lots of water has a lot to do with the weight loss results. I don’t think I would get these results with the phentermine alone.

I firmly believe that regular exercise, eating healthy and drinking lots of water is very very important, not just to accomplish my weight loss goal, but for the rest of my life!!!

If you lose weight with phentermine or any other weight loss aide(s) or diet(s) and fail to exercise and eat healthy regularly you will gain the weight back and probably more!!!!!

Hope this was helpful and good luck in your weight loss success!!!!!
