How to lose weight pretty fast and sculpting body, especially stomach, effectively?
I want to lose weight and sculpt my body but I only loss weight 4 pounds in 2 month. Anybody know how to lose pretty fast but also not easily gain weight? Because eating just a little bit is not good for health and diet.

What it does, is rinse out your colon, there will be as much as twenty lbs in there, and no amount of diet and exercise is going to obliterate it. Give it a try out – I did, and lost 17 lbs LOL!!!

I remember reading this article once that stated that all weight loss is because of a calorie deficit that you build up. Instead of eating very little, or just eating once a day you want to eat VERY HEALTHY and spread that out like five or six small meals a day. Eat until you’re not hungry anymore, not until you are full is a common mistake that a lot of people do nowadays. So lets say your BMR is around 3000 calories a day, then you want to aim around 500 (should be the limit, or max so you don’t put your body in starvation mode) calories less a day. You can accomplish this by eating correctly and doing the math right (haha) or exercising correctly a day or a combination of both. that way your body is only getting 2500 calories and to make up for the missing calories, your body will burn 500 calories worth of fat. Regardless of your leg, butt, hip, thigh and tummy goals from fat/flab/cellulite reduction to firming, slimming, building, toning, lifting and sculpting. I am a 5.7 and 25 years old and a month ago I weigh 147lbs although about a year ago I weighed 188lbs.
