First you should go on a cut, as in find your daily maintenance calories and cut it by like 700 calories. Eat healthy and alot of protein, preferably a 50-30-20 protein-carb-fat ratio. Do some cardio, like High Intensity Interval Training as well. Run this untill you reach a good starting base, not to skinny, because your going to gain fat while your building muscle as well.
