I’ve done it occasionally when I needed to fit into a dress. You’ll lose some weight, but you’ll gain it all back once you start eating normally again.

Sorry, that makes absolutely no sense from a biological or physiological standpoint.
You would actually lose weight by eating balanced meals everyday and exercising.
Why can’t people just do that instead of these weird diets?

it wont work. ur body will learn to store fat . if u want a workable diet – here is what my dietician recommends – follow a practical diet. Make sure your plate has this ratio – 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein. eat 900 gms of veggies a day. Start your meal with a big salad or soup. have a snack every three hours. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts. just 2 tablespoons of soya nuts subside hunger pangs . substitute white bread and rice with brown. lose one kilo a week. that is the ideal. Pick an exercise regime you like. then you are likely to stick to it. buy a pedometer, and take 10,000 steps a day.

No this will not help. When your body develops a change in diet like that it is more likely to gain weight rather than loose it as of the more irregular and bigger meals you are having. Keep eating every day but just have smaller meals and healthy food but don’t plan your diet like that! (Unhealthy for the body ) and you put on more weight like that.

You should just eat healthy. Skipping days is not good for you.

Try this instead,
eat all u can eat at breakfast
don’t eat too much at lunch
and just snack at dinner
this has been tried and it works.

The next time I read a weblog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as a lot as this one. I imply, I know it was my choice to read, but I truly thought youd have one thing fascinating to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you possibly can repair in case you werent too busy in search of attention.

I have really learned result-oriented things through your weblog. One other thing I would really like to say is that newer computer operating systems usually allow far more memory to be played with, but they in addition demand more memory simply to function. If someone’s computer is unable to handle a lot more memory and also the newest computer software requires that ram increase, it might be the time to buy a new Computer system. Thanks
