Do you have to feel hungry to lose fat?

I’ve always eaten healthy and moderately, but I need to lose some fat around my stomach. I’ve started working out (weight training and 45 minutes on the elliptical) and drinking 2 litres of water each day. The thing is, I’m starving. Is this necessary to lose fat, or is it okay to eat healthy food until I don’t feel hungry anymore? Thanks.

Eat till you don’t feel hungry on LOW calorie healthy food. I gorge myself sometimes on broccolli and brussel sprouts.

to lose weight its necessary to cut back on what you eat.
My recommendation would be to eat like 5 times a day.
    But not meals.
    Just little HEALTHY snacks.

I am doing the same thing right now. I decided to try to lose some weight by just giving up the bad things I was eating, and eating only healthy foods, as much as I wanted. It seems to be working, I’ve lost a few (3-4) pounds, without an increase in working out. Be doing this about 3 weeks.

Actually, it’s bad if you feel hungry all the time because your body will go into starvation mode and begin to store and conserve fat, so eat 6 small meals a day to keep you not feeling hungry and keep your metabalism working to burn even more calories. Also if you want to lose weight, cardio is your best choice such as running, and do some crunches to tone your abs. However crunches won’t reduce the fat in your stomach area, it’ll only tighten the muscles and tone it. You lose fat evenly throught your body, spot reduction is imposible.

If you only TRY this. You will be amazed. We all see the results every day on TV. check it on LAPBAND.COM

—–The results are unbelievable. Trust me. You will learn all about it in the website. By the way, the person who made it is Armenian. His name is David Davtyan. Good luck.

—-There is nothing else to think about but this. Its something they put in you, after which you can eat as much as you want, anything, you just feel like eating. Ive never really believe how ppl seem to just do those diets by hurting themselves. Who need it, when you stay hungry, your blood goes down, just because you dont eat as much as you should by thinking or worrying you might gain some weight.
—Even though i weight only 115 pnds. I still care so much to let everyone know about this. Some who i know myself, lost about 20 to 30 pounds in 4 months.
–Some ppl who might just want to lose about 15 pounds or so, Dr. Davtyan doesnt recommend. Its because you see the results too fast. N you dont want to be all skiny n even sick looking. But if you do need more than that, JUST BE HAPPY I TOLD YOU ABOUT THIS SITE. :). Good luck.
—-I personally would like to gain some. Hope i was helpful!

hunger is the only way your body can let you know it needs more calories/energy.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
    8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast – they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner – repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
