    a good lower cal diet and lots of cardio, but u cannot pick and choose where you lose fat. It happens all over. Targeting fat loss is impossible

    If any of them worked do you think that people would spend so much time, hardwork and effort doing the right things?

    The only way to loose fat is to burn more calories than you eat. You can do this by eating healthy and working out.

    Resistance training will also help as more muscle will keep your curves and boost your metabolism causing you to burn more fat.

    I have a longer more detailed version of this but the bottom line is that there is no shortcuts… eat right, get to the gym, start light, and work hard. Consistency is the key here.
