anyone got any advice on how i can lose weight fast?
I’m:
– A 16 year old girl
– 5ft 3 inches tall
– 134 pounds in weight
i feel really fat and i was wondering how much weight id be able 2 lose in like a month?
i’m giving up chocolate, sodas and other things like that.
I’m willing to excercise a littel everyday and i’m also going to start drinking water everyday.
has anyone got any tips to help me lose weight fast?
the weight is mainly around my tummy area 🙁

eat breakfast lunch and diner everyday no snacking in between take a walk everyday.

Don’t give up anything. You can lose weight without giving up things you like. Just eat slightly less and keep up a descent amount of physical activity in your days.
Also, figure out how many calories you usually consume in a day, on average (usually a week of observation will help you determine a more accurate number). Once you figure out how many calories you consume in a day, decrease that number by at least 100 calories.

HI cut all sweet stuf out, and start cycling ,work up to 5 mile a day, walk long walks 3 to 5 mile 2 times a week,watch sugar,
