My grandmother is above the age of 45 and she wants to lose weight.

Grandmas lose weight like everyone else: healthy eating and regular exercise. Just because she’s older doesn’t mean there’s anything different. The only things she needs to account for is that her body may take longer to get used to exercising, so she needs to push herself but go at her own pace.
