Working out and Dieting for 6 weeks, with no fat loss, Why?

I am 5’10” 182Lbs age:21

I have been lifting weights and doing 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 x per week. I am eating around 1600 pretty clean calories (no alcohol junk food etc). I have not toned up or lost any weight / visible fat.

Am I missing something? Perhaps I should drop carbs altogether for a while?

    If you’re eating a lot carbs, I’d just like to let you know that carbs make you more fat than sugar and even fat itself.

    Stop doing cardio for so long. Do it for 20 minutes with intervals of extremely fast sprinting and then jogging. The reason you aren’t losing fat is because you are probably going slow. For the sprint, do 6.0 speed and 3.0 incline for 5 minutes. then break for 1-2 minutes on a lower speed. you lose less muscle and get way more results with shorter, more intense workouts.

    Also, you should also be weight lifting for at least an hour.

    im 5’9 just a little bit more active and i take in 2800 calories a day. i weight train six days a week and do cardio everyday and im still losing weight i curently weigh 135. (my diet consist of whole foods, meat and water) maybe try my diet for awhile and see? drinking nothing but water helps alot too (if your worried about not drinking milk… you can get your calcium from dark green veges)

    do not drop the carbs, carbs acts like gas for a car. Just choose a good source like vegetables instead of bread…
    how often do you change your exercise program?
    I change mine up every 4weeks.
