    I stopped eating anything that contains carbs and stopped drinking sodas, i only drank waters.

    As for exercizes this is my super easy secret that worked for me and i’ts very simple,

    everyday for 1 hour i did sprints. so basically i lost 77 pounds in 90 hours of running.

    This is my secret:

    i run as fast as i can then when i dont have any oxygen i stop, i keep walking till my breath is back then i do another sprint. and so on until 1 hour passes. when i started i was out of breath always after like 4-5 seconds, now i can sprint for something like 20-25 seconds non stop.

    remember the most important thing is that u stop and get breaths when ur not sprinting.

    the secret? while ur sprinting ur burning 1 calorie per second
